• Free consultation (15 mins) – Designed for brief introductions and therapy inquiries. All new clients will start here.
• Intake session (30 mins) – Confirming insurance setup and discussing therapy needs more in depth. This is typically the second client meeting.
• Standard therapy session (40 mins) – Full therapy session. This takes place after the consultation and intake sessions and is ongoing per your needs.
